If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
You are requested to record an unboxing video. Without an unboxing video showing that the products have been received in damaged condition, we will not entertain any return/exchange requests.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for a damaged product during delivery, we’re here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You have options of replacing the damaged product with the same product, and exchange it for a different product of similar price.
Any cancellation requests placed after the order is shipped will not be entertained.
Refunds will be initiated within 2 business days after we receive the damaged product back, or when an order is cancelled.
